Chair Yoga


Chair yoga can benefit anyone, regardless of age, inflexibility, or even disability. For those who can’t get on the floor to do traditional mat yoga, chair yoga offers wonderful health benefits such as: increased flexibility, improved bone density, improved balance, relaxation, relief from arthritis and better breathing. Chair yoga is practiced while sitting in the chair instead of on the floor. The chair is also used for support while practicing standing poses to support the body in balance. There is no age limit for this class and all physical abilities are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat, all other props are provided. Class will run for 45 minutes sessions and will meet at the Perry Park Center Meeting Room.

Morning Yoga


Start your day with this energizing slow vinyasa flow. In this class you will match the breath with movement to create some heat in the body for better digestion and create strength for the muscles, flexibility for the joints and balance for the mind and body. ALL physical abilities are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat, all other props are provided. Class will run for 7 weeks offering 12 one hour sessions and will meet at the Perry Park Center Meeting Room.

​F.I.T. Class

Get FIT & Stay FIT! This class will burn calories, tone your muscles, and increase your aerobic heart rate! Working intervals will use light weights for resistance, intense cardio moves to burn fat and finally stretching to increase flexibility and recovery. The class is designed for all fitness levels, with variations to moves so you can adapt the workout to benefit you the most. Exercises will change up regularly to keep your muscles engaged. Performing exercise in a group helps you develop the form and style that will most effectively tone your muscles and keep you moving at an intensity that you most likely would not be able to replicate while doing cardio exercise on your own. Take advantage of the group energy to get the most out of your workout.

Martial Arts



This class is designed for kids and adults. Martial Arts is a great family activity! Improve your physical self while learning self-defense. Martial Arts is proven to boost self-confidence, focus, and teaches respect for yourself and other people. Class will run for 6 weeks offering 12 one hour sessions and will meet in the gymnasium at the Perry Park Center.

  • Meets Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00 p.m.
  • Next Session: December 5 - January 18 (NO CLASSES December 19, 21, 26)
